I help leaders and organisations grow through inspiring keynote sessions and modern learning journeys that link to strategy, self‑leadership skills and coaching.

I’m a sociologist and a certified coach from the NeuroLeadership Institute, with 15+ years of experience across international organisations and the private sector, including the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland, UNHCR in Stockholm, Fifth Corner Inc., and BeeHealthy, Mehiläinen Group. I’ve also built and run my own coaching company, Burn Bright Coaching. I’ve supported more than a 1000 professionals globally, working with leadership development, feedback culture, emotional intelligence, resilience and sustainable performance.

Today, I work as a Senior HR Specialist in the Talent team at Orion Pharma and as a keynote speaker at MySpeaker Finland.

A little info about me:  

  • I'm a certified coach from the NeuroLeadership Institute. I  swear by the research of neuroscience. 

  • I've supported more than a 1000 professionals globally. 

  • Since January 2025 I am a HR Specialist in the Talent team at the biggest pharmaceutical company in Finland, Orion Pharma. 

  • Career experience: BeeHealthy / Mehiläinen, Fifth Corner Inc., LearningMiles, UNHCR, Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland

  • I've got a Masters in Sociology, two Minors in International Affairs and Development Studies. In addition to that I have almost a 100 study points I never used. Love, love, love to learn. 

  • I'm the oldest of three daughters. I would walk through fire for my sisters.

  • I'm the mother of two young boys and married to Erik. 

  • I swim in the ocean all year round.  

  • I laugh a lot!

  • I speak English, Swedish and Finnish - happy to work in all three languages.
